Look up and you'll be wowed by our glacial chandelier. A one-of-a-kind piece of art, this chandelier mimics the crystals that form an ice cold glacier. Just a couple hours away the Columbia Ice Fields sit in between the edges of the Rocky Mountains. The remainder of a geological feature formed 240,000 years ago, the ice field is one of few discovered in Canada. It also is the source of the North Saskatchewan River, which flows right around and through the Edmonton area. The water which runs through our taps originates there and after being treated is one of the purest sources of tap water in the country. Not to brag, but our water has won awards. Thanks to being to close to the glacier, there's just no beating it!
