We officially launched our new R.E.N. ACTIVATIONS program on June 24th. The evening was filled with surprise, laughter, and new friendships.

R.E.N. ACTIVATIONS was created in response to requests from our clients, meeting planners, and event planners who were looking for ways to increase attendance, engage attendees, and make their meetings more memorable. Clients expressed a desire for venues to partner with them in creating these memorable moments. As a result, the Renaissance Hotel team collaborated to develop options suitable for all types of meetings and budgets.

Our mission is to help you become a meeting planner superstar. By incorporating a level of fun and engagement into your events, you enhance your offerings and impress attendees.

During the launch event, we showcased some prime examples:

* We began with an Icebreaker ACTIVATION called Human Bingo, where everyone raced to fill their bingo cards by finding people with unique attributes.

* We then moved into a networking ACTIVATION called "Speed Networking," a rapid and efficient way to meet other professionals and establish new connections.

* We concluded with a "Teambuilding" ACTIVATION called "Name that Tune," where teams of six competed based on their musical knowledge.

Human Bingo and Speed Networking are free ACTIVATIONS that can be added to any event. "Name that Tune," while not free, is cost-effective.

We offer a total of 14 ACTIVATIONS to choose from, from short and free to charitable to perfect for an evening event.
