Not only can you add your corporate rate code in, you can save it to automatically add to your search for every stay and save your favourite hotels (Renaissance Edmonton of course).
When you book on the app you receive the Marriott price guarantee plus automatically have your Marriott Bonvoy number added to your reservation so you don’t worry about adding it upon check in or missing out on well deserved points!
Once the reservation is made you can add it right to your calendar on your phone or tablet with a single tap.
Need to edit your reservation? Yup you can do that too!
Before you arrive there’s a number of benefits to using the app:
Mobile Check In is the best way to request and receive an early check in. Mobile Check In gives you the option to check into your room up to 24 hour prior to your arrival and receive the first room available on the day of your arrival.
Using Mobile Check In also gives you priority room assignment. This means you have the highest chance for a complimentary upgrade!
When you arrive you don’t have to stop at the desk long. There is a dedicated Mobile Check In desk where your key is already made. Once you show a piece of ID you’ll be all set to head right up to your room.
While all these features add to your convenience one of the best perks is the Mobile Chat option.
Throughout your pre arrival, stay, and check out you can access the Mobile Chat.
This feature is a concierge at your fingertips or your best friend on the road. Just like sending a text message on any other app, the Marriott Mobile Chat gives you instant chat access to a team of hotel staff on property.
Whether you’re looking to make a change to your reservation, need a taxi called, extra pillows, or a restaurant recommendation, there’s someone on the other side of the chat to assist you.

Mobile Dining
You’ll be able to experience a different kind of dining when you visit Renaissance Edmonton at the end of August. The mobile dining option will give you the opportunity to scroll through the HALO Bar|Bistro menu on your Marriott Bonvoy App and directly place your order with a few taps.
Mobile dining will give you the ease of ordering at your own pace. Rather than waiting to get to your room to even order, Mobile Dining will allow you to order as you’re making your way back to the hotel after a long day of meetings.
Mobile Keys
Also arriving soon will be the option to skip the check in line up all together!
Mobile Keys are the perfect partner to the already live Mobile Check In. The keys are available right on the Marriott Bonvoy App on your phone. Once you complete a Mobile Check In the next available room as per your booking will be assigned to you and the key will be available on your phone through RFID Bluetooth.
Just lightly tap your phone to the keypad on your hotel room door and you’ll be able to relax without even stopping at Reception!
