Learning their skills from Chef Gloria Espinosa in Cabo San Lucas, Habaneros Mexican Grill transports you to Baja California and provides authentic Mexican food – and the title for best ceasar in Alberta (3rd best in Canada), a triple jalapeño infused drink that is sure to surprise your taste buds. Now, in-house chef, Laura Gomez, whips up a variety of dishes with locally provided ingredients from the beef tongues and cheeks, right down to the corn tortillas. Start off with the Camarones Momias, shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Test how much spice you can handle by diving into the array of salsas, the most intense, the Corazón del Diablo, infuses the 2nd and 3rd hottest peppers in the world. But if you aren’t feeling adventurous, a Canadian-Mexican collab menu is also available for those wanting to play it safe.
