If you are someone who plans small meetings or events that may or may not require overnight hotel accommodations, then do we have the solution for you! Marriott’s small group meetings online tool allows you to have the flexibility to make your meeting plans outside of normal business hours.

This is perfect for those individuals who book our boardrooms frequently and find the regular process of contacting your sales representative or events coordinator cumbersome. It essentially eliminates this step – not that we don’t want to talk to you! We will always be happy to take your call or come see you.

This easy-to-use tool allows you to do the following:

·       Check availability and rates anytime from 4 days out from date of arrival up to one year in advance.

·       Book group rooms from 10-25 guest rooms and/or event space for up to 25 people.

·       Request a complimentary custom group web page and reservation link

·       Accept a simple, standard online contract

·       Receive instant confirmation

·       Earn Marriott BONVoY points

How to get started.

To book an online small meeting, go to the Marriott Renaissance EIA link. Now save it to your favorites!
Go to the meetings tab and you will see a “GET STARTED HERE” button. The system will walk you through the details of your meeting including date, guest room types, event details. Once you submit, a notice is sent immediately to our Events team. They will confirm your dates and details within 24 hours.

The fine print.

Cut-off for sleeping rooms is 21 days prior to arrival date and an event order with details must be completed and signed prior to 3 days before event.

Deposit is not required for sleeping rooms and only the room rental will be charged for the event space as a deposit.

All sleeping rooms are subject to cancellation and attrition. There is no cancellation on event space if cancelled 91 days or more prior to arrival. Within 90 days of arrival: 40-100% depending on when the meeting is cancelled.

Standard 20% attrition allowable on sleeping rooms. On event space, attrition will be assessed if the event actualizes with less total revenue then contracted.
